Almost certain non-qualifiers; Sweden Israel Croatia Czech Republic
as 2nd place teams above have relative easy last game. Some top sides will have to play off as well including Portugal, France as probably Greece.
An Argentine loss away to Uruguay will also send them to a playoff (if Ecuador don't win) or elimination (if Ecuador beat Chile away).
Exciting stuff.

Exciting stuff. Sad if Sweden don't get there, they have phenominal looking women as travelling supporters. Even the ugly ones are filth!

France v Ireland Greece v Ukraine Portugal v Bosnia Russia v Slovenia
for remaining European qualifiers thanks to Fifa seeding them at the last minute to stop 2 so-called better teams meeting each other. Hope it blows up in their face and all the minnows get through.
Elsewhere Uruguay v Costa Rica NZ v Bahrain
and some African teams still to be decided.

France, Greece, Portugal, Slovenia and Algeria all qualified last night, however Ireland were robbed by the most blatant handball you will see for quite a while.

Glad to see Slovenia knock Russia out and for Algeria to get there.
I know most on here are Poms, do you not follow other qualification or teams? It seems across several sites that not much attaention is paid to who else qualifies so long as England does? Just curious on others opinions as being an Aussie and not having Australia in a World Cup for a long time, you tend to have other countries you follow or take an interest in even if it is countries you hate and hope miss out.

I've always followed Scotland's fortunes. I hope they lose every game. When I was a kid I wanted British teams to do well but then when I found out how much the Sweaty Socks hated us I changed my mind. I don't hate them like I hate Tottscum but I am pleased to see them lose now. But they don't ever qualify for big competitions anymore because they are busy losing to teams like Albania and Moldova and the like.
