Bit of a yawn fest although they look better then they have in recent weeks, playing Derby probably helps this..

1-0 is acceptable i suppose. Anything less then 3 points is a disgrace from here.

Parker making the most impact for me, he looks fearless in his tackles

Would've been ultimate insult if Roy Carroll got an equaliser in the last minute Laughing

Tell you what the 15 minute prematch dump I had before the game was far more entertaining than the match itself.

well i was on the money. that was FAR from convinving. Referee didnt help though. I Thought savage was off, as well as numerous free kicks and throw ins going the wrong way. And zamora should have had a hat trick today, the chances we're there.

Wigan did us a favour and kept the yids to a draw so theres 5 points again. Beat Newcastle now? if not i'll settle for beating Man U Razz

That's nerves David, my bowels were also active before kickoff but 15 minutes!!! what did you have for dinner, a horse???

I'll take the win, not much between us and the bottom club though. Thought Scott Parker played very well for us.

Goodnight and as always,

Curbs Out!

I must be easier to please than you lot, I didn't think it was that bad a game. We should've easily won that game but for some poor finishing. Derby created fuck all IMO.

Had to laugh, crowd singing 'you don't know what your doing', then the sub scores within 2mins of coming on. Inspired substitution by the manager.

We had to win it I know, but a changed team again with 4 blokes coming back from injury, it was always gonna be a bit scrapy.

Nowhere near the finished article I know, but a wins a win, be happy.

Alan Curbishleys Claret and Blue Army...........

Behave please Beggers or I'll release the hounds Very Happy

Yeah, I thought we played ok and I think this booing is terrible. Specially how nervy we were at the time it would be very demoralising for the players. But seriously without going into the whole anti-curbs thing, I think they're more booing him than the players except LBM who they now hate more than they did Cole earlier in the season. I do really think there is a serious anti-curbs element in the crowd at the moment.
As I said before, I thought Scotty Parker had an awesome game, we desperately need a creative midfielder next year but with the energy and tackling of Parker and Noble we'd have a decent midfield.
PS - Nobby Solano is class, hope we keep him
