2-1 to the Black Cats

Yay for a right prediction Very Happy

I agree with what Zane said - the second half Sunderland were dominating you guys. I think the defenders all did their jobs well in and around the box (especially Tomkins for the short while he was on) and Green did an amazing job. CFC was unlucky not to score what would have been West Ham's second. All in all I think it was a deserved win for Sunderland, and one they desperately needed.

Deserved? the game was 50/50 imo. I dont really care though cos were in the middle of fucking no mans land where as sunderland need the points. After the way scotty supported us last year i think er should support him too (though i think we were in a much worse predicament)

Ashton hit the post, very unlucky. And coles shot was BRILLIANT would have been up there for goal of the season imo, but great save from Gordon.

Green also played very very well and what's more he was confident coming to claim the ball from corners etc which can only be a good thing.

We were all over them until we scored, played some lovely stuff, what happened?

Not going to begrudge Sunderland anything as they worked hard all game and I don't mind 'em in the league but to lose in the 96th min when the game should've been over in the 95th min is a kick in the teeth. I was thinking this isn't a bad point with all the forced changes, not playing well and only 10 men but I couldn't believe it, what a bastard.

Anyway, I'm over it, bring on Portsmouth!

I think our Physio's rubbed in too much vanishing cream at half-time and we disappeared. Laughing
Feel the same about Sunderland, want them to stay up. Hate to lose but LOVE the Spuds getting thumped Laughing Laughing Laughing
