West Ham's under-fire winger Luis Boa Morte is unhappy Hammers fans have turned against him.

The former Fulham man was booed for his display in West Ham's midweek win over Liverpool at Upton Park.

Boa Morte is surprised he was targeted, but has acknowledged his form is below-par and will do his best to turn things around.

"The supporters were booing, but I don't know why," he said.

"If they feel I did not work hard enough, we're probably not watching the same game.

"Things have not been going my way. I just have to dig in and keep working hard because I know the goals will come."

Can't fault his work rate but he did miss a couple of sitters against the Mickeys. Then again it happens to all of 'em from time to time. I've recently seen Noble and Ashton miss opportunites when it was easier to score but that's not the same thing apparently?

Freddie has missed some sitters of late as well...

LBM was in shocking form earlier in the season so it's likely a carry over from that for some fans.

Personally i hope Curbs persists with him for a bit longer, he is certainly a busy player and a problem for opposition players.

Should replace 'I've been tackled hard so that's it for me' Etherington.

Etherington is miles better than LBM. He always gives 110%, not his fault if he gets injured easily.

Ehterington should be starting over LBM... however i would like to see Kyle Reid have an extend run in the team... add a little freshness to that left side!

Mcartney and Etherington are a great combination down the left side and should be first choice starters if fit.
