WHOnline are reporting that a deal is nearly done (front page story as opposed to a bullshit thread) although Arsenal may hijack it if they decide to try and re-sign him.

I doubt this will happen but it gets the juices flowing. Confused

Why not do a "freddie" and sign on higher wages than what he was earning at the Arse and at the peak of his powers?

Wishful thinking......Would West Ham stump up the wages? I doubt it!

Arse won't take him because AW sold him. He was becoming a bad influence on the youngsters.

Think we would all take him if he halved his wage packet for us.Cmon lets get real here he will be able to pick where he goes and for what money.Could see him ending up at Liverpool or even for a dark horse Everton, the only London club i think he would play for would be the Arse and must agree not sure if Wenger would have him back.I do know that most of there fans would love to have him back,(my whole bloody family are Arsenal supporters and they would in a heartbeat).
